In a workshop on culinary arts, which took place in Fujian (China), Huang Mingbo chef, presented unique works which are made from lobster shells.
This interesting video was made by a doctor who named Henry and he posted on his website, Webiocosm. Actually, this video lasts 74 days. Henry hung up a fixed position camera to record every moment of the fruit bowl in 10 minutes. Bowl of fruit was placed in the warehouse of his family. Henry explains: "Video display 30 frames per second would take a lot of time, so that there is nothing interesting. So I made each picture is about 40 minutes elapsed time of the fruit bowl. "
Odori-don, also known as a rice noodles bowl with dancing squid is popular in restaurants in Japan. The most impressive of this weird noodles bowl is when we pour the sauce on the tentacles of squid that still live set in the bowl, the tentacles immediately will "dance", after watching the performance, guests can eat it freshly. The price of a bowl of Odori-don is not cheap, up to 20 USD per bowl.
